Perseverance Theatre Seeks a Full Time Development Director

Perseverance Theatre is seeking a full-time Development Director to join a growing company making professional theatre by and for Alaskans. The Development Director is part of the theatre’s senior staff leadership team, and is responsible for updating and implementing a development plan that accounts for approximately 50% of the theatre’s two million dollar annual operating budget. The Development Director will manage a team of a grant-writing contractor, Development associate, and support from the theatre’s communications, outreach and administrative staff to achieve annual goals. The successful candidate will be an outstanding communicator both verbally and in writing, have excellent networking and relationship building skills, and have a passion for professional theatre by and for Alaskans. Knowledge of development, Microsoft office software, and donor database systems are vital. Perseverance Theatre is an Equal Opportunity Employer and strongly committed to a diverse workforce.
