Perseverance Theatre is seeking a full-time Development Director to join a growing company making professional theatre by and for Alaskans. The Development Director is part of the theatre’s senior staff leadership team, and is responsible for updating and implementing a development plan that accounts for approximately 50% of the theatre’s two million dollar annual operating budget.
Volunteer opportunities are always available at the theatre. Whether you want to paint, help hang or focus lights, help build the sets, build props, sew costumes, or just help label envelopes. Most of our volunteer opportunities do not require you to have special skills, just a smile and the willingness to work.
